Standard shed pads should be a minimum of 1-foot larger than the shed on all sides to allow for water runoff. 

We typically use 3/4" stone for the shed pads. If site conditions are less than optimal, we may recommend a larger stone to ensure proper drainage. 

We offer a variety of borders for you to choose from including, but not limited to: 

4x4 pressure treated borders

4x6 pressure treated borders

6x6 pressure treated borders

Boulder borders

Custom borders available (ask us for details)

Large elevation changes (slopes), and tight access can be challenging, typical solutions to remedy these situations may include bringing in structural fill, removing fill, or creating a retaining wall. We have many solutions available to create a custom shed pad / foundation, based on the uniqueness of your property, just ask!
