
Give us a call or drop us a line, we will set up a time to meet with you on site to review the proposed area where you would like to install the shed. There is no cost for us to come out and assess the site. We will discuss the access, soil compositions, timeline, procedure and cost once we have reviewed the site. Site visits usually take 15-30 minutes.

Once the location is finalized, we can move forward with a written estimate. If you decide to move forward with the estimate, we will send over a contract to sign. This is the time to make sure that you confirm with your local Zoning Dept that the location meets all zoning requirements, and if a permit is required, this is the time to apply for it. In the event that it does not meet the zoning requirements, we can help advise you on the variance process. If you need a surveyor or an attorney to represent you at the variance, we have a few that we work with that we can recommend.

After a permit has been obtained, if required, the next step is to get you on the schedule! We will make sure that we have your shed pad completed prior to the shed delivery date.

Installation day: The day prior to installation day we will confirm that any vehicles in the driveway, or street have been moved to provide clear access for the trucks and machines. If there is a shed removal required, it is usually done the same day as the pad installation. Shed pad installation usually takes 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the project.
